Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of a
Committee, with the following composition, to examine in detail the seniority issue, of the members of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, appointed to the Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service w.e.f 01.01.2004 to 01.12.2008, and work out the possible options for finalizing the seniority list on a normative basis:
1. Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, School Education Department
2. Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction.
3. Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
4. Secretary to Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
The Committee shall submit its report by 31.03.2020.
